I live in Cape Town, and I'm originally from Seattle (attended a Ruby
Brigade meeting once at the Omni offices).

There are a few other Ruby developers around Cape Town.  I'll encourage
those I know to add their names.

MS and others do a pretty good job recruiting at UCT and Stellenbosch to
apparently.  Friends of mine were scouted just recently here.
