Most of the files in the bundle are XML files.  If you open them in a  
text editor or view them in the online repository[1], you will see  
the contents, my tab triggers/keyboard shortcuts for them, etc.  You  
could use the TextMate manual[2] to answer questions about the  
special combinations inside of the content.
