Subject: [ruby-talk:18996] Midi Compiler

My first major project has been posted on the RAA. It is a midi compiler,
takes a text file and writes a midi file. The documentation is a bit sparse
(i.e. read the comments in the programs and see the examples) and it is part
of a random music system that I am working on. But should you need a midi
compiler then there you have it.

Any comments or suggested improvements welcome.
