As I mentioned in a comment on the RubyCorner blog, some sort of 
community discussion "place" might help, so that you could centralize 
comments, feedback and discussion about RubyCorner.  Whether that be a 
mailing list, a forum, a wiki -- it's up to you.

My first suggestion would be a freshmeat-like filter system that lets 
you ignore selected blogs.  You currently have a + button for blogs; a 
natural extension would be a - button which lets you indicate that you 
don't want to see updates for this blog any more.  That way, instead of 
growing a tiny list of favourite blogs, you assume all blogs are 
interesting, then shrink your list.
