	I'm not a user of the CGI module, but the reason is because
rfc1123 isn't a function...  wait, no...  looks like it is.  Ah!  But=20
it's a class method.  Try this instead:

cgi.out {cgi.p { CGI.rfc1123_date(Time.now) } }

	See if that works.  Also, check out mod_ruby (modruby.net) and=20
the mailing lists there.  -sc
