On top of that there are little weird annoying things that we need to do that might be specific to us, but we've had to hack around to get daysheets printing the way we want, to get Appointments showing at all sorts of weird intervals, etc... On the reporting side of things, there are some painful aspects. Anyway, Dentrix is definitely not a ruby topic, so feel free to reply off list if you'd like.
