	It's a truly incredible network broadcasting system.  In a
nutshell, it's reliable UDP broadcasting (socket programmers get quiet
in awe).  Here's a blurb taken from the homepage:

	It just had its license changed from some proprietary license to=20
the BSD license a month or so ago.  It's good solid code though and I=20
recommend anyone who does any network programming to take a look at it. =20
