Hmmm, I think there shouldn't be too many new words for 'old things' that
already have names in other languages - and well chosen names, too.
Having gems, sherds, facets and whatnot makes live hard for those who are
not used to the jargon, I think. (Switching from one language to another is
difficult enough, at times.)

I'd rather not see a chunk (how about 'chunk' for a small chunk of code, BTW
;-) ) of new words added to the pile of words with different meanings in
different languages.

Just my thoughts...
