When you first registered, this list sent you an email with all you need 
to know on how to unsubscribe. If you don't have that, I think on 
http://www.ruby-lang.org, you can find the information on how to 
unsubscribe from the list. Basicly, send an email with unsubscribe as 
the only word in the body to the list manager script (I don't remember 
the name but it's the same manager you sent the email to register).
