Will you try following options and check the log file output by java,
"jlog.txt".

JBRIDGE_OPTIONS = {
  :jvm_stdout => :t,
  :jvm_log_file => "jlog.txt",
  :jvm_log_level => "debug",
  :bridge_log => true
}

If the log file is too large, please send me the file.
After checking the problem, I will report here.
