Subject: Ruby code to send start/stop messages to a RADIUS AAA server.

Greetings,

I'm hoping to find some existing Ruby code to send start/stop messages
to a RADIUS AAA server.  Found the RADIUSLib in the RAA but it does not
appear to support this functionality.
