Subject: [ruby-talk:17280] Ruby/Gtk and Postgres extensions problem

 Hi all.

 I am having problems with Ruby/Gtk and Ruby/Postgres combination. Errors
 are obscure and jump when you don't wait them. I get a Gnome error window
 of segment violation.

 Exploring I have found that error seems to appear when I access directly to
 PGresult.result and get data from that using Array methods of access. If I
 use getvalue() from Postgres extension, error seems to fix.

 I always free PGresult instances with "clear".

 Is it ilegal Array access to result values? Why? Is that a bug in postgres
 extension? Why I get error in Gnome?...

 Many obscure questions... but I am so curious ;)
