Good idea? Rebarbative C-ism? While Perl and shell have been able to work/gimp along for years with just single line comments via #, I don't see any reason to not allow multi line comments. Being able to nest multi line comments would truly be ideal and has huge geek appeal as well as practical appeal. In the interests of making this language more appealing to the masses (C and Java folk), I'd highly encourage this patch to be committed. Given some of the other comments, I have yet to see a real reason not to have this committed. Any thoughts Matz? --=20 Sean Chittenden --svZFHVx8/dhPCe52 Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Comment: Sean Chittenden iEYEARECAAYFAjtDlmsACgkQn09c7x7d+q1tVgCeK3n1I3l7+vUzn6SX2m4Krfe9 sUsAoKhK7P/aUImbHjTFc4YociMR5Fyt =Dsx2 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --svZFHVx8/dhPCe52--
