I don't see the problem. The list of arr(2) seems to be right. The
numbers are [1,2] - [1,3] - [1,4] - [1,5] - [1,6] - [1,7] - [1,8] -
[1,9] - [2,3] - [2,4] - [2,5] - [2,6] - [2,7] - [2,8] - [2,9] - [3,4] -
[3,5] - [3,6] - [3,7] - [3,8] - [3,9] - [4,5] - [4,6] - [4,7] - [4,8] -
[4,9] - [5,6] - [5,7] - [5,8] - [5,9] - [6,7] - [6,8] - [6,9] - [7,8] -
[7,9] - [8,9].
