Subject: [ruby-talk:16948] RubyGarden wiki is upgraded

I just upgraded the wiki to Usemod 0.92 (from 0.88). The two biggest
changes are

1. You can now have page names containing spaces. Format the link
between two sets of square brackets [[like this]].

2. I changed the way links to the ruby-talk archive work. I now use a
standard InterWiki link, of the form RubyTalk:nnnn. This is
incompatible with the old ruby-talk:nnnn style, but is more
compatible with the rest of the world.

Let me know if there are any problems.
