Subject: c_mp3tag -- looking for pre-built binaries

Hi!

I've been looking for a mp3 tag ruby library and I found one that looks
promising, mp3taglib. (It uses the high-quality general purpose
"id3lib" library.)

Unfortunately, the module is written in C and must be built into a
shared library before it can be used. Like most windows computers in
the world, mine isn't equipped with a C compiler. Does anybody out
there know of a binary distribution of this package?
