I'am currently working on an eventlog extension, and have already 90% com=
plete

c
Let me know how I can distribute this modules to the public.

I've set up a project on SourceForge for Win32 modules/extensions for
Ruby. Right now there's not much there, in fact there are only three
functions in the module so far:
IsNT? - returns true if you're running on WinNT or Win2K
Is9x? - returns true if you're running on Win9x (and probably on WinME as
well, but haven't tried)
TimedSystem - a system command with a timer. After the timeout has been
reached it sends a '^C' to the process' input handle and if that
still doesn't work it sends a terminateprocess to it.
In a few weeks I'll have a lot more time to work on this - ultimately I
hope to duplicate a big chunc of Perl's Win32 module functionality, but
it'll take time.
