Subject: [ruby-talk:16722] Question about reflection-ish issue

Hi,

I was trying to instantiate an object given only a String name of the class, 
and I ended up with this (trivial example):

	a = "SomeClass"
	some_class_instance = eval "#{a}.new"

Is there an extant, more elegant way of doing this?  I seem to be suffering 
from a brain-cloud today.
