Subject: [ruby-talk:16552] Mail/news gateway

Well, as it looked like the original mail/news gateway was not going
to be revived, I've gone ahead and implemented something here that I
think should work. I'm not 100% sure about which headers I should
transfer between mail and news, and vice versa, so there may well be
some teething problems. I'm also not sure what I should do about
cross-posted messages.

On the bright side, the whole thing is less than 100 lines of Ruby :)
