I'm writing one right now.  It should be ready for the first alpha
release by the end of the month or so.  I already can do this:

(assuming your credential variables are already set)

require 'classes/eBayAPI.rb'

eBay = EBayAPI.new(authToken, devId, appId, certId, true)
resp = eBay.GetSellerList(:userID => 'arpnetworks2')
resp.itemArray.item.each { |i| p i.itemID }

Now how cool is that?  Ruby is da bomb... ;)

AIM me at garry97531 if you'd (or anyone reading this post) like to get
a copy of the lib when it is ready for alpha.

It encapsulates all the SOAP stuff.  It includes a driver that was
generated by wsdl4ruby.rb (included with the SOAP4R library) script.

I've packaged it all up so you don't have to worry about those details.
