Considered it, but I don't like the windows implementation of VIM.  I
also looked into JEdit, but that wasn't terribly good either.
Actually, what it comes down to is that I hate adding more applications
than I have to onto my machine.  I don't even have a Ruby interpreter
on my local machine, I run everything remotely.  Call me a skinflint on
space, but I guess it is what it is.
