Looks OK from here.

One way to check that it's not your ISP having a bad day is
to "Validate by URL" the page you can't access ...

http://validator.w3.org/
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http://www.atdot.net/yarv/

This way, the remote validator has to access the page -
 if it can't, it gives a helpful message.


(This is possibly a huge waste of resources but it's rare so
 I haven't sought an alternative.  Google redirect doesn't suit.)
