The Windows One-Click installer comes with DBI and the ODBC DBD already installed - you can use DBI/ODBC out of the box. Make a DSN, say "foo", and require 'dbi' dbh = DBI.connect("dbi:odbc:foo") and Bob's your uncle. Cheers, Dave
