Subject: Ruby books, something akin to Effictive Ruby?

I wrote C++ for years. I bought Meyer's Effictive C++ and immediatly wanted 
to re-write so much stuff. He made it so logical at times of things like, 
"sure you can do this 4 ways, but this is why way #2 is better than #1,#3,#
4."

I'm still learning alot of Ruby, just finally gettting nice and used to 
writing/reading the code. Trying to take on larger projects with it, but 
now would like some good expirenced dirt on better things to do, and 
general good practices.

Anything like this, for those C++ people who read the Meyers C++ books, you 
probably know what I am talking about.
