The reference about Win32OLE is win32ole.doc coming with 
win32ole-0.2.6.zip (But this file is not completed yet).

There are some samples in win32ole/sample directory coming
with win32ole-0.2.6.zip.

You can find some information about Win32OLE in 
"Programming Ruby" - Dave and Andy's book.
