Subject: Missing Commercial Date documentation?

Good morning.

I was looking at the documentation for Date and the description of  
cwyear (http://www.ruby-doc.org/core/classes/Date.html#M001160)  
references the description of Commercial Date in the introduction.  
I'm assuming that means the introduction of the Date class. I can't  
find any such description.

Am I missing something?
