Ah, that's nice, thanks for making that example. I'll switch it to that
when I have a minute, that way it's harder for the TOC to fall out of
sync as new entries are added.

1. You can't make a wiki link on RubyGarden that points locally to an
anchor. You can only point globally to the URI with the anchor, so you
end up re-loading the page.

2. All external links go through Google, which I guess was an anti-spam
measure, since such links are not counted in Google's index. I think
now this could be accomplished with rel=nofollow.

Anyway, it's moot once I have the time to set up the auto-TOC.
