Subject: rake 0.6 - thank you

Rake 0.5 included a whole bunch of FileUtils stuff into Object, which made
something like net/ssh break.

(In net/ssh: shell.cd "foobar" uses method_missing to handle the #cd).

I just upgraded to Rake 0.6 and this is fixed.
