Yes.

I've been working with  Content Management Systems for 6 years, both  
developing them and in deploying them for clients.

If I had a way to use tags instead of code, I would be a long way  
towards building a simple CMS.
     ==> SFTP & Text Editor for authoring.
     ==> RSP & Taglibs for rendering
