In the past everybody said that FreeRIDE will be the clear winner,
just because the plug-in architecture is very flexible. We see that
this is just one point among many that make a good environment.

The problem is not the potential, there Eclipse is far better as
it is a great framework. It is that somebody must do the work
(continously), and as i think i'm the only one who is working full
time on that, so this is my advantage. I'm just waiting for the time
when i've done most of the editor and core foundation part
(which is a really huge task) and i can focus completely on Ruby
specific things.

I think then i can add a few new arguments to the Ruby IDE <-> General
Editor discussion.
