As a person who uses Google advertising what you are advocating is stealing. If you aren't interested in the product all you're doing is taking money out of my pocket or the pocket of some other advertiser. I had to disable Ad Sense ads because they click fraud rate is so high I wasn't seeing a return on investment. The only way for this to continue to be effective is for advertisers to feel they're getting effective returns on their ad dollars.
