Wifi cards are easily added via CF. The new HD models would be nice for storage. If you are into OpenBSD that also runs on those models (newer clamshells). The C models can also run pdaXrom which is an excellent mix of desktop and pda sized power. There are many ways to import and most of them work fine. I have a SL-C760 that I took to Rubyconf 04 because I had no laptop at the time. It did what it needed to and was wonderful. The language is not an issue. The ROMs can be converted to use english and other ROMs are built from the ground up in English. Brian.
