Exepackaging of Ruby programs for Wintel machines with cygwin is available
in rbwrap at http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/raa-list.rhtml?name=rbwrap. Very
basic and haven't been updated in a while but should not be very hard to
adapt to current versions or other platforms. Not good for obscuring code
though, since the code is unpacked when run.
