Maybe that's you're problem as > well? Are you sure that you can play "The Least Surprised - The Red Scared.mov" and "The Least Surprised - Time.now Is_a MagicTime.mov" on Linux with mplayer? My mplayer is compiled with aac and I get: $ mplayer The\ Least\ Surprised\ -\ The\ Red\ Scared.mov MPlayer 1.0pre7-3.4.4 (C) 2000-2005 MPlayer Team ... 85 Audio- & 196 Videocodecs Spiele The Least Surprised - The Red Scared.mov Cache fill: 6.29% (527965 bytes) QuickTime/MOV-Dateiformat erkannt! -------------- MOV track #0: 1 chunks, 0 samples Generic track - not completely understood! (id: 0) -------------- MOV: longest streams: A: #-1 (0 samples) V: #-1 (0 samples) Keine Streams gefunden. When I play it on Windows with Quicktime and check the movie properties it says something about flash embedded into mov. So I am not surprised that mplayer can't play it. Dominik
