That is vaguely similar to one of the options mentioned in the
original suggestion. The more general idea, however, was to also have
a link in the RAA to something like that, and to create and insert the
target page automatically for new RAA entries. That way it would be
easy to find without searching (from the RAA side at least), and there
would be some semi-standard sort of naming convention (say
"<RAA-title>-Users"), thereby hopefully encouraging more use.  Perhaps
there could be some indication on the RAA side saying when the
corresponding discussion area had been last updated.
