Subject: [ruby-talk:15020] Timezone problem compiling on Cygwin

Hi all,

I'm trying to compile Ruby (1.6.2 and/or 1.6.3) on Cygwin. Both complain
about the timezone variable being redefined in strftime.c (1.6.3 in line
124, 1.6.2 in line 130), which is defined in /usr/include/time.h.

Anyone know how to fix this?
