If you want to install ruby libraries along with extention, put ruby libraries in lib/ directory where extension resides. See tcltklib for example. If you want to install more stuff (like documentation), there's no easy way yet. If you come up with a API proposal, I'd love to enhance mkmf.rb (or introduce new makefile maker, if it's not compatible). matz.
