Singleton methods. Maybe there is some way?

However, it works anyway since the same exceptions are raised. It should
be done though...

Yes, this is another nice thing, ie. dynamic delegation so that methods
added to the delegatee at run-time is available to the delegating
object. Maybe we should add all these different schemes in different
classes? (StaticInitDelegator, StaticDelegator and DynamicDelegator?) 

I'm a bit pussled by the following comment in delegate.rb though:

# Delegation class that delegates even methods defined in super class,
# which can not be covered with normal method_missing hack.

Does your solution address this? Or is it obsolete?
