I do not think so. As far as I observ, TOS' and licences are really not
read most of the time. They are usually there, mainly for legal
reasons. 

Then again, yes, I am _really_ concerend about security reasons. I
think that people should be pointed to it more. Especially if one sees
how far and easily a stupid 'I LOVE YOU' virus spreads. So I could
recognize, if you would not want to follow me on this little more
extreme route. :-)
