Subject: [ruby-talk:14558] Patches

Numerous patches have been posted in this forum
over its history, but it is sometimes difficult to track
them down or even know they exist, or what version
of Ruby needs them.

How about a central location for patches made to
Ruby between releases? This could also be used to
track the version the patch is actually incorporated
into Ruby.

Also, it would be nice if the patch site could be
broken down into areas such as core, Tk,
operating system, etc.

Is this already handled by the nightly snapshots?
Do the nightly snapshots incorporate all the posted
patches (recognized by Matz of course ;-)
