Subject: How to open HTML file and provide a link

Hi
 I want to display HTML text in Ruby Tk canvas or other widget. How
can i display the contents of a http url in any Ruby widget?
  Also i want to provide a link to HTTP url in Ruby Tk widget so that
when it is clicked its site opens in default web browser or a new Ruby
Tk window
