From: J J Date: 2001-04-30T08:40:03+09:00 Subject: [ruby-talk:14417] Embedded Ruby w/ Apache: Forbidden error Hi, While trying out the pickaxe embedded Ruby example around pg. 151, I added the requisite lines to httpd.conf. The best I can get out of Apache is: I go to http://192.168.0.67/embruby.rhtml and the server replies: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/eruby/embruby.rhtml on this server. embruby.rhtml is in /home/httpd/html eruby is in /home/httpd/cgi-bin ruby is also in /home/httpd/cgi-bin Opening a file like: http://192.168.0.67/cgi-bin/rubyform.rb works fine. Running eruby on embruby.rhtml from the command line looks like it works fine (lines have line numbers). I'm at a loss, does anyone have any ideas?
