Subject: What are potentially killer apps at the interface of CS and Bio

As I see it, lot of technology is being used as an enabler
- streamilining data flow across various divisions in companies or LIMS
- infrastructural support through grids/clusters.

Being introduced to just the structural-part of biology through CS, it
just seems
that really need loads of programmers and few good algorithms - have to
yet come across of some killer apps like email/messenger etc did to
spread of internet adoption. It may sound like a pretty crude analogy
maybe compounded by ignorance - still look forward to your thoughts
