I would like to object. I don't think that the traffic on the list is
so high, that a split is necessary. Most non-technical issues can
easily be spotted by the subject. A split is never a clean thing but
always comes with costs.

I am personally surprised that there are so few questions on the list
concerning problems using ruby. Obviously the language is so easy and
clear that people on the list can focus on things around ruby or how
to extend it.
