Yes.

The conference has artwork, and that's fine. In fact there may be an
argument that this artwork should change each year: people seem to
collect their OOPSLA t-shirts and the like.

As for a logo or mascot, we'll I guess we'll know it when we see it,
and judging by the reactions  we haven't seen it yet :)
