Yep, that works.  Also #bar_method works in the current class. 
I thought I tried it.  Guess not.  I found other mark up stuff
in the rdoc docs but not this.  Maybe I missed it.

It doesn't look like I can link to the constants in a
class/module though.  Oh well.
