Subject: [ruby-talk:14262] Ruby on Windows problem

Hello,
 I would like to find out if others using ruby on
windows are facing the same problem. 
I am using the latest build (162-3) downloaded from
the pragmaticprogrammers site. 

irb & rd2 do not seem to work. Am I missing something
here?
