Subject: [ruby-talk:14252] Compiling under cygwin 1.1.8-2

I'd like to be able to build this myself. I have the latest cygwin (as of
12.00 Apr 26).

I have donwloaded 1.6.3.

When I type ./configure it complains that there is no "install-sh". This
file exists in the nightly snapshot but is of zero length (symbolic link?).
Can somebody email me this file?
