Hello Kirian,

start reading the (pickaxe 2nd edition)[1] as an introduction. And If
you like the style, don't miss (Why's (Poignant) Guide to Ruby)[2]
Then start with a small project (e.g. one of the ruby quiz
projects[3]) and if there are
questions you may ask on this list.
