Well, I found rbconfig.rb with Ruby-1.6.2 (for Windows), I have been
using Ruby-1.4.3 (on Windows) but Ruby-1.6.2, so now the 2 versions are
the same and I could "drb" (not tried yet!).
The problem now is more serious, with Ruby-1.6.2 (on Windows 2k), my
ruby scripts (that works fine with Ruby-1.3.4 till 2 minutes ago) can't
access any more to InterBase. For me it is a big problem because I am
developing an application using Ruby and InterBase. That is the error I
get:

C:\ruby_old>c:\ruby\bin\ruby ibase.rb
ibase.rb:1: [BUG] Segmentation fault
ruby 1.6.2 (2000-12-18) [i386-cygwin]

ruby.exe.stackdump

Any idea, or shall I downgrade to Ruby-1.4.3?
